PHOTO REPORT: Universal Orlando Resort 5/31/22 (Caro-Seuss-el reopens, lunch at UOAP Navigators Club, new Jurassic World merchandise arrives, and more)

Welcome to another great day here at Universal Orlando Resort. The holiday weekend is over, but the crowds are still there. It’s a busy day, but we’re ready to see what’s new.

As soon as we arrived, we noticed that Prime Parking had again been increased to $60. Fortunately, we have free parking with our Annual Pass!

We at Islands of Adventure were thrilled to find Seuss Landing in shape! If I ran the zoo recently reopened and now Caro-Seuss-el has reopened! It had been so long since we had been able to take a ride on the carousel.

This also means both lanes work at the High in the Sky Seuss Trolley Train Ride. This will help reduce the wait time by running the Star and Beach sides during the day.

A new Minions light-up spinning toy is available at the Islands of Adventure Trading Company.

To escape the crowds, we decided to dine at the Navigators Club above Confisco Grille. This is an exclusive UOAP dining room with stunning views of the park. It really is like eating in an exclusive club! This area is open to Annual Pass holders and their guests.

The vodka penne were delicious. What a great way to relax away from the crowds.

A small brown construction wall has been installed in the arch behind the Mystical Fountain in the Lost Continent.

Universal Monster plushies at Toon Lagoon Skill Games are so cute.

The Marvel Super Hero Islands arcade is a great way to escape the rain or heat and win prizes. These Jurassic Park plushies in the claw machine are adorable.

At Universal Studios Florida, there were even more people. Wait times were very high.

New Jurassic World merchandise is available in the Universal Studios store. The Biosyn bottle and the “Live Dinosaur!” keychains are of very good quality.

A few new props have arrived at the Williams of Hollywood Prop Shop. There are a few different Mardi Gras Tribute Store signs now on sale.

Universal’s Superstar Parade ends on June 4, so I decided to stop by and watch the parade. We will miss it, but look forward to more entertainment offerings in the future!

That’s all for today. Thanks for joining us around the parks today. Be sure to stay tuned to Universal Parks News Today for more updates!
