LENOIR, NC — Bernhardt Furniture has appointed Kelly Woolard as fashion merchandising director for its residential upholstery division. In her new position, Woolard is expected to develop upholstery fabrics and frames based on fashion trends and will manage Bernhardt’s upholstery presentations in the High Point market.

a valuable asset to position our brand as a leader in residential upholstered seating,”
said Dawn Pearson, vice president of merchandising, residential upholstery. Woolard will report to Pearson.
“Bernhardt is well known in the industry as a leader in forward-thinking design, and I look forward to being a part of that legacy,” said Woolard.
Woolard worked for 10 years in visual merchandising for Arhaus, most recently as
assistant director of visual merchandising. A graduate of High Point University with a degree in interior design, Woolard worked at Maitland Smith as a visual director and merchandising assistant before joining Arhaus.
